Denis is a venture partner at Launchbay focused on origination, due diligence and execution of growth and late-stage deals.

Denis closed multiple investment in VC backed tech companies and gained deep understanding of the private secondary market.

Prior to that Denis worked in the investment banking division of Renaissance Capital, a leading emerging and frontier markets investment bank.

Denis holds a Master’s degree in economics and an engineering degree.
